What would be the primary difference; the toppings, the crust, or the manner in which it is prepared?

The stews, the roasts, the steaks all seem familiar enough, but these are things I would try when I miss my home, should I be here long enough to do so. Part of learning more of a new realm's culture is learning more of their cuisine.
